Tickets for the Van Gogh and the Rijksmuseum can be purchased at our desk. With these tickets our guests can pass the long queue at the museum. We advise you to buy/reserve your tickets for the Anne Frank House online.
Pre registration is possible from 8 am. For these arrivals we will give priority in cleaning the room and luggage can be stored in the meantime.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 48 hours prior to the arrival date this can be done free of charge. Please notice that the day of arrival starts at 0:00 a.m. local time. In case of late cancellation, the first night will be charged. However, if we can rent your room again, we will not charge you.In case of NO-SHOW we will charge the total amount of the reservation.
